If the crate or packaging appears damaged, take clear photographs before opening it. After opening, carefully inspect the product and photograph any damage from multiple angles.
Keep the product, crate, shipping label, and all packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed.
Contact Palmer Marble immediately and provide your order number, delivery date, photographs of the packaging, photographs of the complete product, and close-up photographs of the damaged area.
Do not install, repair, discard, or return a damaged product without written instructions from Palmer Marble.
