Large products may arrive inside a protective wooden crate. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and that appropriate assistance is available to receive and move the product.
Please inspect the crate and product immediately after delivery. If damage is visible, photograph the packaging before opening it and keep all packaging materials.
